Use This Tip For Better and Stronger Abs

In the land of jacked-up fitness infomercials, stupid
ab gadgets, "breakthrough" supplements, and other
jackass workout crap, there are a few things that
actually work.

One of them is the plain ole' ab wheel. You know,
the thing that looks like a lawn mower wheel with
a handle.

(....and NO I'm not talking about the stupidly
expensive ones they were selling on TV a while
back. I'm talking about the el cheapo $6 or $7 jobs
you can pick up at Wal-Mart or the like...)

Ever use one? If not, then you're in for a RUDE
awakening...b/c that junk is HARD. But it also
gets your abs and entire core strong and into
shape...and in a hurry.
