Warmup/Prehab:
-Cuban Presses w/bands: 2 sets x 12 reps
Workout:
-Kettlestack Clean & Push Press: 6 x 6, 2 x 4 each side*
*44 total reps per arm, 88 reps total - done in approx. 18 minutes
Cooldown/Prehab:
-Snatch Complex w/bands: 1 x 12*
*complex: 1 shrug + 1 high pull + 1 muscle snatch = 1 rep
Conditioning:
-300 yard shuttle x 1
