Today's Workout - 27 April 2007

Similar to the last workout I posted.

Warmup/Prehab:
-band cuban presses: 2 sets x 12 reps

Workout:
-Kettlestack Snatch: 10 sets x 6 reps each side
*60 reps per side, 120 reps total

Cooldown/Prehab:
-band snatch complex: 1 x 12

Conditioning:
-300 shuttle x 1
