Today's Run (Interval Training From a Bruce Lee Workout)

Got a new set of shoes this past weekend, and went for a good run today to break them in. It was sort of a longer interval run. I actually got the simple circuit from a book about much of Bruce Lee's training programs:

-jog x 60 secs
-sprint x 30 secs
-walk x 60 secs
*repeat x 2.2 miles, finishing off the last 1/4 mile running as hard as possible

Great workout, had the heart pumping really hard, didn't take that long. This would be a great run to use in your Density Conditioning sessions, and would be great to use in your workouts from "Working Class Fitness - The Programs."
