Intervals:

-Jog x 1 min
-Sprint x 30 secs
-Walk x 1 min
*Repeat x 5

-Clean & Press Practice using 55 lb. DB and 55 lb. Kettlestack: roughly 60 reps each side total (DB & KStack)
*focused on being very explosive
